Returns and Exchanges on Demi-Fine Jewelry

We pride ourselves on providing our clientele with high quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service for all our pieces. If you have any concerns or issues with your AVIA piece upon reception, please contact our team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We offer 7 day returns and exchanges upon receipt provided the piece is unworn and unused, in the same condition as it was at the time of shipping and in its original packaging; for the following instances:

1. Damaged/Faulty Product (Except for express delivery arranged by client)

2. Wrong Product

3. Incorrect Jewelry Size (1 time change only and subject to size availability)

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns, refunds, credits or exchanges on any of our pieces. Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.

 

Fine Jewelry Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

Warranty:

Fine Jewelry Pieces has a 2 month warranty from the date of purchase that covers any craftsmanship issues and manufacturing defects. The following are not covered under Warranty:

1. Signs of reasonable wear and tear, such as scratches in the metal

2. Damage or loss of stones

3. Damages from inappropriate wear or improper care such as metal corrosion, misshapen settings, cracked or chipped stones, discolouration, etc.

4. Loss or theft of your jewelry

Any work, repairs or alterations of your jewelry by a jeweler other than Avia Fine Jewelry will void the warranty.

Return and Exchange

AVIA reserves the right to refuse a return and refund to any client on any bespoke, custom made pieces unless the finished product is deemed to be incorrect, faulty or defective.

Resizing

We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of purchase if it’s 1 size down from the original size. A size up or any further re-sizings after the complimentary resizing will incur an additional cost.

Clients will be responsible for returns and exchanges shipping costs.
